I love these little low carb snacks but I eat them as a meal- now not all of them, although I easily could!
Ingredients: Pepperoni, Peperoncini's and Mozzarella Cheese. I found this very thickly shredded cheese at Walmart and it is really nice to make these cups with. Adding the peppers is my own personal "twist" to these delectable bites!
Spray a Muffin Tin, and put in Cheese, Pepperoni and I added a slice of Peperoncini to give it a kick!
Ready to bake. Set your oven at 400. I put them in as it is put them in for about 12-15 minutes, depending on your own oven, but watch closely!
